Founded in 2007, HRC Culinary Academy has trained over 800 students to date. The Academy offers a 2-year course in Culinary Arts and a 3-semester course in Hospitality Innovation and Management, developed by leading international specialists in the culinary and hospitality industries.
It is among the few educational institutions in Europe that prepare its students for one of the most sought-after professions today – that of a top chef or master chef, and by far one of the most affordable, high quality culinary educational programs on the globe.
Our facility in Sofia is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in our kitchen laboratories, demo theatre, teaching restaurant Talents, and everything else you need to get the best learning experience. Moreover, we have your housing covered: next to the school you will find our campus hotel Kitchen 59. A beautiful place for our student rooms, with just the right vibe. And good to know: it is the only student housing with a rooftop swimming pool!
During the study program, the students have a chance to experience Europe and the USA all at once! Our internships around the world take place at some of the finest hotels and restaurants and prepare our students for a truly international career as a Chef. And guess what? All of ourinternships are paid: our unique US internships provide allowances in average of USD 2.500 per month!
Our diploma is internationally accredited by the American Culinary Federation and the World Association of Chefs’ Societies. We are so confident about the quality of our program, that we even guarantee you will find a job within 6 months after graduation.
