Talents is Bulgaria’s only restaurant operated by students, but under the supervision of the Academy’s experienced faculty.
Talents was a nominee for the "Restaurant of the year" award in 2013 contest of Bacchus magazine in the 'Debut' category.
Talents: The place where last-year students of the HRC Culinary Academy have an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and achievements to the public. While training with the Talents Head Chef, they learn about teamwork, product selection, seasonal dishes, organizing theme nights, etc. Here, students also practice how to create and design a balanced menu, as well as costing it. In the Talents kitchen, students smoke their own salmon, make home-made Gelato and bake fresh bread rolls from scratch.
The students work in a professionally equipped fine dining restaurant, where guests can enjoy the finest international cuisine and pastry served in an elegant environment. The Talents restaurant’s menu is dynamic and is designed by the students, allowing them to showcase their culinary skills. From the dining room on first floor guests can enjoy a real-time view of the action in the kitchen, due to the live feed provided on the screens. The end-result is a distinctive dining experience that presents excellence in culinary arts.
