Georgi trained at Starwood’s W hotel in Qatar, as well as in Bistro Du Midi in Boston, USA, under the guidance of the much awarded executive chef Robert Sisca. Chef Georgi has also worked at the one Michelin star restaurant of Chateau St. Gerlach hotel in Netherlands. Upon his return to Bulgaria he missed us so much that he came back as Restaurant Chef instructor at our teaching restaurant Talents. After 3 great years, he followed his dream to live and work Down Under in Australia as a Head Chef.
