Detailed Overview

The summer is the time for holidays and fun for students. But they can also use it to learn something new, interesting and useful. HRC Culinary Academy starts a special summer culinary school for kids 7-12 and teenagers between 12 and 17 years of age.

They will cook together every day from Monday to Friday. They will get personal attention and guidelines on how to prepare different types of meals, participate in the process of preparing, cooking and serving. They will learn the secrets of menu composition and working in a team.

The summer culinary school will show the teenagers that cooking is fun and interesting. It could be also the first step in their future career in Culinary Arts.

The price for participation is 400 BGN/per week. One day participation is also possible for the price of 80 BGN.

Classic Wednesday – a tour in France

French toast with fruits and yogurt foam

Quiche Lorraine and its salad

Snack
White chocolate mousse plated dessert

Table set up and etiquette

DAY 4 

How to balance a vegetarian meal

Chocolate zucchini bread and Oat milk drink

Lunch
Vegetarian burger or steak, kimchi homemade mayonnaise and salad

‘STREET FOOD FRIDAY’

Simit sandwich – simit is a traditional street breakfast from Istanbul

Tonkatsu pork served with its sauce on rice and Japanese cabbage salad

Black sesame ice cream
