HRC Culinary Academy in collaboration with MT&M College offers a professional bachelor degree program, created by top international chefs and the best educators.
Our total immersion hands-on instruction transform students to a professional skill level in no time. You will develop a command of both classic and contemporary culinary methods and techniques, created by HRC in a unique series of hands-on classes. You will prepare and understand the many global cuisines that drive today’s industry.
After you have finished your Associate’s degree with us (all subjects taught entirely in English), we provide you an option to obtain a professional bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship. Due to our collaboration with the College of Management, Trade & Marketing (MT&M) you are able to receive your professional bachelor degree with the option of full-time, part-time or distance learning whilst in our campus or doing your internship abroad. This is the fastest way in Eastern Europe to obtain your bachelor diploma.
The business modules theory will give you the knowledge and skills to run the kitchen as a modern business venture because cooking is not all that it takes to become a great chef: you will expand your horizon by learning new business skills during classes like Management and Leadership, Marketing, Economics, Cost Control, Food Photography, Nutrition and Food Safety. Optional classes in Bulgarian language will give you the advantage of ease of immersion in different cultural setting.
After four intense semesters at HRC Culinary Academy you are awarded an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts, accredited by the ACF-American Culinary Federation. The additional classes at the MT&M campus or distance learning, followed by successful completion of the state exam will lead to a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship.
