Pastry & Bakery Course

Crazy about croissants, specialty breads and cake design? Are you dreaming of learning how to make beautiful macarons? Then our certificate course in Pastry & Bakery is just for you.

During our 7-week professional certificate course you will learn to prepare a wide selection of desserts and pastries through practical sessions and demonstrations. This exciting course introduces the various concepts and applications of the Pastry field, which are essential for working in the industry. Our teachers will share with you the secrets of classical desserts, pastry techniques and bread preparation; as well as working with chocolate, sugar, and cake decoration. 

You will be exposed to our Puratos Bakery, our Pastry Kitchen as well as our dedicated Chocolate Atelier. Upon successful completion of the program, a certificate is provided. 

Fees include a Pastry set, uniform and teaching materials. Attractive loan programs are available.
