Full Professional Certificate

 

24 weeks of theory and practice that comprises of two modules: the Cold & Hot Kitchen and the Pastry & Bakery programs

*All programs end with a final exam. The students who successfully take the exam are awarded a Professional Certificate for cook / pastry cook. 

Internships for 3 or 6 months both in Bulgaria and abroad are available after the successful program completion and depends on the student’s skills and abilities.

** The internship is not included in the program fee.
