Become a creative and entrepreneurial manager in the world of Food & Beverage. Get ready to excel and develop your managerial skills in hospitality. Our F&B management program includes 2 semesters at our Sofia campus and a final paid internship in the USA.

Innovate the Trends in Food & Beverage… At the HRC Academy, we provide students with an in-depth understanding of International Business in F&B Management, restaurant management, culinary knowledge, skills and creativity so that you are able to demonstrate your innovative ideas in a business setting.

The F&B Management program is part of an innovative pedagogical dynamics that encourages managerial creativity. Each year, tutored (real!) industry projects enable the development of project management methodology, group dynamics, leadership and creativity. This teaching method encourages students to work in a team, and to demonstrate the ability to think quickly in a context of operational and managerial feasibility, as well as financial realism.

Entry requirements: 

Minimum age 18, finished secondary education
Minimum 6 month experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurants
Working knowledge of English
