We will need the following documents:
- Original or notarized copy of Secondary School Diploma including the compulsory subjects (Transcript). The overall grades, as well as the grade for the subject “English”, must be more than 62% to be eligible.
- Certificate issued by the respective high school or the Ministry of Education in the residence country stating that the academic credentials of the applicant give them the right and access to university education in the country of residence and abroad
- Eight colour passport-size photos
All documents must be legalized (and in some cases certified) by the respective authorities. Details about this procedure are discussed as it depends on the applicant’s country.
When received in Bulgaria, documents are translated into Bulgarian and submitted to the Ministry of Education. Following approval from the latter, one can proceed with the visa application.
- Step 4 The student receives visa D for 6 months and must enter Bulgaria while the visa is valid. Before the expiration date, they apply for a residence permit (this is arranged in Bulgaria).> Further details of the admissions process are provided in addition.
Reservation fees
Shortly after acceptance, a reservation fee of €500 is due to be received by bank.
Upon successful completion of the visa process and within 2 weeks before the beginning of the program, an enrollment fee of €1300 is due together with the tuition fee for the first semester.
