Admission EU Students

Admission process

Before applying, we strongly recommend that you book a free counseling call with our admissions team. If you already had it or visited our open doors events and don’t have other questions, please move forward.

Step 1: Application

Begin your application process by clicking “APPLY NOW” on our website and complete the application form.

Our Admissions team will review your application and provide you with instructions on arranging an interview with us.

Step 2: Interview

Book an interview slot (either online or in person) using the link provided in the email we sent you. Please note that a registration fee of 50 EUR must be paid at the time of booking.

During the interview, we will evaluate your English language proficiency level and find out more about your motivation to study at HRC Culinary Academy.

Step 3: Admission

Following a successful interview, we will send you instructions on how to create your student profile on our platform. Please prepare the required documentation, upload it to the platform, and pay your enrollment fee (note: this is an administration fee, not your tuition fees).

Documents required:

  • Copy of ID card/Passport
  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Medical Certificate & Health booklet (issued in Bulgaria)
  • Birth certificate
  • 4 Passport size photos
  • CV (we will provide a template)

Step 4: Enrollment  

No later than two weeks before the program start date, you must transfer the equipment and tuition fees. If you would like to arrange an installment plan, please contact us.

A few weeks before the beginning of the semester, we will send you an email with orientation details about your first day at HRC Culinary Academy.

Tuition Fees

Each program uses a different pricing policy.

We’ll be happy to explain to you the installment plan options during your admission process.

Application Fee – €50*

Enrollment Fees (all programs)– €150*

*Please note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Equipment Fees:

  • All culinary programs – €600
  • Pastry&Bakery Program – €450

Tuition Fees Degree Programs (per semester)

  • Culinary Arts – €2800**/€3400***
  • Professional Chef’s Certificate – €2800**/€3400***

**Students with Bulgarian citizenship

***International students

Tuition Fees Certificate Programs (one-time fee)

  • Food Preparation Certificate – €3000
  • Cold&Hot Kitchen – €1800
  • Pastry&Bakery – €1400

Refund Policy

  • If the student decides to terminate their studies prior to the start of the semester, HRC Culinary Academy will provide a refund of the full amount of the paid tuition fees, except the Application fee (€50) and Enrollment fee (€150).
  • If the student decides to terminate their studies after the start of the semester, HRC Culinary Academy will not provide a refund of any paid tuition fees.

All applicable refunds will be processed within one month of the Student’s notice of termination.

 

HRC Academy reserves the right to review and modify the fees and Terms and Conditions of each year at any time and without prior notice. To maintain the standards expected from the institution, the fees are reviewed annually.
