MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:

  1. The participants in the mobility have the chance to gain knowledge about healthy food and reduction of food loss and waste.
  2. Better awareness about the usage and types of ecological and sustainable products.
  3. Obtaining skills about culinary production, considering the EU approaches towards decreasing the health problems due to improper eating habits and obesity.
  4. Acquiring and applying new methods, concerning the fast development of culinary techniques, reaching good abilities on a European level.
  5. Creating new practical training at the Academy, having in mind the healthy way of life.

End date for project implementation: 28.02.2023

Size of the grant: 143 457.00 EUR
