Nozomi Furutani, chef at the Japanese ambassador's residence, will give a special lecture on Japanese cuisine at the HRC Culinary Academy. The class will focus on the basic techniques of Japanese food preparation and the presentation of the dish.

Postponement Graduation 2020
We very much regret to announce that the HRC Graduation 2020 Ceremony, scheduled for 26 November 2020, has been postponed until spring 2021 due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding the situation with COVID-19. The decision to postpone was taken after careful consideration and, based on the current global circumstances, it was agreed that postponement was necessary to ensure the safety and security of our students, faculty, and guests.
