We were delighted to be selected among the 80 contestants and represent Bulgaria during the Young Chef Olympiad! The largest culinary event on the planet! After travelling to a few different locations in India our contestand Borisalva Todorova and her mentor Chef Francisco, started competing for the desired by many, trophy!
The whole event was filled with emotions and the fragrant and vibrant India was just the perfect location for such happening. As a very sustainable school we made it to top 10 best presentations concering the green practices that we adopt as an establishment. Besides that unfortunately, we did not make it to the finals but the experience as a whole and all the friends we made is what really counts.
We made friends with more than 40 different culinary establishments from all over the world and we’re gladly going to represent Bulgaria, again next year! You can see some pictures here.
