Ready to turn your passion for cooking into a profession?
HRC Culinary Academy is offering a €2000 scholarship for aspiring chefs who are applying or have been accepted to the Culinary Arts Program starting on 9 March 2026.
This year’s scholarship theme is announced by last year’s recipient, Irina Dimitrova, and challenges candidates to explore creativity and global flavours.
The theme is “Fusion Chicken” – prepare a dish using chicken and combining two or more cuisines in an unexpected and exciting way. You can use any part of the chicken – breast, thigh, or wings, and let your imagination lead the way.
To apply, send a video to info@hrcacademy.com showing the preparation of your dish and sharing why you want to study at HRC Culinary Academy.
Application deadline: 4 March 2026
Applicants must be enrolled or in the process of enrolling in the March 2026 Culinary Arts intake to be eligible.
The scholarship winner will be announced shortly after the start of the first semester.
