Today, after careful assessment of the applications received, the winner in the Special Scholarship Competition for Culinary Arts programme was announced. This is Mihail Petrov. He is awarded with a 2000 euro scholarship for tuition in the programme from HRC Culinary Academy. He impressed the jury members chef Henri Donneaux, chef Viktor Svetoslavov and chef Milen Zlatev with his overall presentation on the theme of “Modern Healthy Cuisine”.
Mihail is 21 years old and he graduated The Professional High School of Tourism in Sofia. You could see his video recipe for Vegetable Wellington with a sous –vide carrot, hay infused celeriac puree and vegetable demi-glace sauce HERE.
