Upcoming Mobility under the Project “Sharing is Caring”

Following an internal announcement and submission of applications from interested staff members, a selection procedure was conducted for participation in the upcoming mobility under the project “Sharing is Caring: Exchange of European Culinary and Hospitality Sustainability Practices,” funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (contract № 2024-2-BG01-KA122-ADU-000203815).

A total of 14 participants from the teaching and administrative team of HRC Culinary Academy have been approved to represent the institution in an international exchange focused on developing professional skills in the field of sustainability practices. The selection process involved several stages, including a motivation letter, preparatory training, and evaluation based on objective criteria.

The mobility will take place in the spring of 2025 in Italy. Participants will engage in job-shadowing activities, exchange good practices with international colleagues, and gain insight from real working environments applying modern sustainable standards.
