The project proposal “Exchange of experience and good practices in healthy cooking” kicks off!
We are happy to inform you that our project proposal “Exchange of experience and good practices in healthy cooking”, submitted under the Erasmus + program, sector “Adult Education”, has been approved for funding by the National Agency in Bulgaria and already has signed contract № 2022-2-BG01-KA122-ADU-000098300.
The implementation of the project will be accomplished with Euro Academy Consulting (Norway) – a host organization with vast experience in the Erasmus + program.
As part of the project, 14 chef instructors/administrative staff from HRC Culinary Academy will have the opportunity to participate in a (14-day program for) short-term learning mobility to exchange experience and good practices in healthy cooking. Teachers/administrative staff will be given a choice for short-term mobility in world-class hotels and/or private restaurants where they will have the opportunity to increase their professional knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of healthy cooking, nutrition and eating.
