Competing in 4 different categories, alongside well established Bulgarian chefs and restaurants our students managed to secure places in the top 3.
Our 3rd semester students proudly stepped on the ladder of success receiving medals for 3rd place in the Team category. Some of them also prove themselves to be quite the pasta makers as they won the 2nd and 3rd places in the Pasta category. Big ups for our first time competing freshmen, who also took place in the competition but couldn’t secure a spot in the final 3. They all did amazingly well, and certainly showed the rest of the chefs that they had all it takes to be great chefs one day and win such competitions in the future.
We are proud to announce that as one of the main sponsors of the event this year we had the pleasure to give away 3×1000 euros and 4×500 euros scholarships to young chefs who took our attention with their passion for cooking and an outstanding performance. Now we are welcoming them to join our big international family at the HRC Academy!
