ENVIRECA Projecet Meeting kicks off in Sweden!

HRC Culinary Academy's team went on an exciting trip to Sweden to discuss the development of the ENVIRECA project.

Envireca project stands by the slogan “Greening apprenticeships in HORECA industry” and holds a very important space within the hospitality sector. By developing a modular curriculum structure and educational resources for HORECA WBL (World-Based-Learning) schemes, ENVIRECA aims at updating apprenticeship schemes to include green competences such as sustainable waste management and recycling, green purchasing, monitoring resources consumption, using energy/water devices to achieve optimal efficiency, and encouraging customers to abolish wasteful practices.
