Project proposal “Long-term professional mobility for modern culinary arts” kicks off!

We are happy to inform you that our project proposal “Long-term professional mobility for modern culinary arts”, submitted under the Erasmus + program, sector “Vocational Education and Training”, has been approved for funding by the National Agency in Bulgaria and already has signed contract № 2020-1-BG01-KA102-078803. The foreign partners with whom we will implement our project are two host organizations with significant experience in the Erasmus + program: Erasmus Academy (United Kingdom) and HRC International BV (Netherlands).

As part of the project, 20 students from HRC Culinary Academy will have the opportunity to participate in a 3-month program for long-term learning mobility to practice specific jobs in countries with strong traditions in tourism, in particular catering and modern culinary arts. Students will be given a choice for long-term mobility to work in world-class hotels and/or private restaurants, where they will be able to acquire skills in modern cooking.

In connection with the implementation of the project "Long-term professional mobility for modern culinary arts" with contract № 2020-1-BG01-KA102-078803, HRC Culinary Academy opens a selection process for recruiting candidates for the project, which includes the following: The project includes 20 students who will have the opportunity to elevate their knowledge and improve their skills by working and training in selected independent restaurants  in the Netherlands (13 participants) and the United Kingdom (7 participants).

Accreditation by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission

The education at HRC Culinary Academy was recognized by the American Culinary Federation as meeting the international standards for two-year culinary education After a long period of monitoring and evaluation of resources, personnel and professional development of graduates, HRC Culinary Academy received the prestigious accreditation by American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC).
