It has all started about 10 years ago at the Grand Hotel Sofia, when our guest chef has been an intern and assistant of chef Evgeni Filchev. While still studying at the HRC Culinary Academy Pavel has worked at top restaurants in Holland, a Michelin star restaurant in California and after successfully graduating – at one of the best restaurants in Norway, where he is now based. Chef Pavlov is part of the Norwegian National Team with whom he won 2 gold and 1 bronze medal in the Culinary Olimpics last year and by this the team has achieved 5th position in the final world ranking.
Recently Pavel has decided to begin sharing his experience gained in the last 10 years. And the first workshop will be held in Sofia, where it has all started. The workshop will take place in the period April 6-8, 2017 with the help of Pavel’s first mentor chef Evgeni Filchev. The classes will last 3 days and will feature variety of desserts. Host of the course is HRC Culinary Academy and main partner Puratos Bulgaria.
