New Erasmus+ Project: Future Competencies in the Tourism Services Industry

We’re excited to share that HRC Culinary Academy has been approved as a partner in a new Erasmus+ project: “Future Competencies in the Tourism Services Industry.”

Led by the Drogowskaz Foundation and in collaboration with Akademia Nauk Stosowanych, this initiative aims to enhance the skills of professionals working in the tourism sector, with a strong focus on service quality.

Together, we are developing specialized training packages tailored to key areas such as sustainable tourism, accessible tourism, and product tourism—with special emphasis on the HORECA sector.

Our team has already started exchanging best practices with our project partners and discussing how to better support the development of management-level competencies and respond to current industry challenges.

We believe that through collaboration, we can build stronger solutions and lasting partnerships that contribute to the future of tourism.
