LONG-TERM PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY IN THE NETHERLANDS
After the implementation of the preliminary preparation of the participants in the project “Long – term professional mobility for modern culinary Art “with a contract № 2020 – 1 – EN 01 – KA102 – 078803, the first 11 people left for The Netherlands. An object is intended for each of them, in which they carry out their long-term professional mobility. In this issue you will meet 4 of the participants as well as theirs work positions and sites. KASTEEL TERWORM
Kasteel Terworm is a 4-star luxury hotel located near Kasteel Eyckholt. The property consists of 4 floors, with 40 modern rooms. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the restaurant. The stylish gourmet restaurant is located on the territory of hotel and offers a variety of local dishes. On There is a lounge bar on site. The place is located 50 meters from Kasteel TerWorm Restaurant and Van Der Valk Hotel Heerlen, with a wide choice of dishes.
It is in this restaurant that the long-term is held professional mobility of the first participant – Desislava Staneva.
Desislava Staneva is fascinated from the object selected for it and happy to be among the approved for participation in the project “Long – term professional mobility for modern culinary Desi is placed on position cold kitchen and there the unique opportunity to draw knowledge and skills from industry professionals in world class hotel. The participant told us that is satisfied that that despite the complex situation, which the whole world is located tied to the epidemic, it has the chance to use the time, which would otherwise be lost to her.
GRAND HOTEL HUIS TER DUIN
This elegant 5-star hotel is less than 100 meters from the beach of Noordwijk aan Zee and offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. He has an indoor swimming pool, spa, and gym. Latour restaurant, where the following are positioned. The three participants we present to you is excellent with Michelin star and serves French cuisine against the backdrop of panoramic sea view. The hotel is also located Brasserie La Terrasse – This restaurant has 2 terraces beach view.
Giovanni Rossi, Dan Balaban and Dimitar Randev have the honor to be part of the restaurant team Latour and gain knowledge and experience of truly proven professionals in their field. Each of them shares that the situation predisposes positively all three. The fact that in their daily lives they learn and apply a number of knowledge in practice and techniques motivate them to move forward in this challenge and master as much as possible, which is provided to them, thanks to the long term professional mobility.
