Two groups of Italian students took part in a short Culinary Arts, Hospitality and English language Course in HRC Culinary Academy, Bulgaria. The students from IPPSA Nino Bergese, Genova and Istituto Statale D’ Istruzione Bonaldo Stringher, Udine enjoyed different types of activities in the Academy.
In the period between 8th and 12th of May 2018, they had culinary classes with the chef-instructors of the HRC Academy. The students learned how to prepare a banana cake and had a practical workshop on chocolate pralines. They also had a class on Food Photography & Styling with our experienced lecturer -the photographer Iliyan Iliev.
Part of the course was also a private tour of Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. Italian students enjoyed also a traditional dinner in a typical Bulgarian restaurant. They experienced not only the life and study atmosphere in HRC Culinary Academy, they learned interesting facts about the history and culture in Bulgaria. In the end of the course, all students were introduced with the programmes of HRC Academy and were given a certificate for participation.
