A month ago Bacchus Magazine and HRC Culinary Academy started the search for “The Best young chef for 2015”. A lot of motivated and talented chefs entered the competition and now we cannot wait to find out who is going to take the prize.

We know first-hand how delicious the event will be, as one of our chef-instructors – Chef Henri Donneaux will present innovative techniques from the molecular cuisine. He will surprise the guests with variations of Manchego cheese with pear textures, green salads and vinaigrette with rosemary oil.
