HRC Scholarships Awarded to Rising Stars at Bulgaria’s National Young Chef Competition

At the final of one of the most anticipated culinary events in Bulgaria – the National Best Young Chef Competition, held in Borovets, young culinary talents from across the country had the opportunity to showcase their skills, creativity, and passion for cooking.

The event brought together children and young adults with the ambition to turn cooking into their profession. Participants competed in various categories, with the main highlight being the “Best Young Chef” category. Viktor Svetoslavov, Head Chef Instructor at HRC Culinary Academy, took part as a jury member and later had the pleasure of awarding a total of four scholarships to the most outstanding participants.

• Veronika Kalkanova – €1,000 scholarship in the “Best Young Pastry Chef” category
• Stefani Petrova – €2,000 scholarship in the “Best Young Chef” category
• Bozhana Stoeva – €2,000 scholarship in the “Best Young Chef” category
• Vilizar Tasev – €2,000 scholarship in the “Best Young Chef” category
