28/11/2025
HRC Culinary Academy is proud to share that Chef Viktor Svetoslavov and Chef Yovelina Minkova have been recognized by Worldchefs as Certified Culinary Educators (CCE). This international credential highlights their professional skill, teaching experience, and commitment to developing young culinary talent. With their achievement, they join Chef Viktorija Baltutyte-Bacheva, who has already held the certification, bringing our team of internationally accredited educators to three.
About the Wordlchefs Certification
The CCE title is awarded to chefs who demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to teach it effectively. The certification process evaluates real classroom work, industry experience, and the chef’s contribution to culinary education. Receiving it places both instructors among a select group of educators acknowledged by the global culinary community.
What It Means for Our Students
For our students, this recognition is more than a title, it means that:
- They are trained by instructors who meet international teaching standards.
- Lessons follow clear, structured methods used in leading culinary schools.
- Students gain guidance that prepares them for both local and global career paths.
- The program benefits from educators who continue to improve and stay active in the industry.
Strengthening HRC’s Academic Standards
For HRC, this achievement reinforces our goal to offer training that matches global expectations. It strengthens our curriculum, supports our accreditation efforts, and reflects the skill level of the team behind our programs.
We congratulate Chef Viktor Svetoslavov and Chef Yovelina Minkova on this important milestone and thank them for the work they continue to invest in our students and in the Academy.
