After two successful events in Razgrad and Gabrovo, HRC Culinary Academy with the support of the America for Bulgaria Foundation, visited the town of Vratsa in search of the best culinary talents in the region.
More than 30 culinary enthusiasts took part in the event and the prizes were distributed as follows:
Valentina Penchovska won the jury with "Chocolate Cake with Mousse Cream" and the price for her is a Pastry and Bakery course at the Academy.
Anita Baeva-Stanchoevajoined the competition with "Sweet Sesame Bread", thanks to which she will be able to develop her photographic skills with a Food Photography Course at the Culinary Academy.
Svetomir Tomchev won a Pizza course with his unique ''Chicken legs with peas, bread crumbs and crispy crust''.
The special prize - a scholarship of up to 2000 euros for education at HRC Culinary Academy, went to a young culinary talent Ivaylo Atanasov, who is a 10th grade student at the Professiona High-School of Tourisum - Vratsa. Ivailo presented an amazing traditional dish ''Toralaska bohcha ''.
