This week the spirit in HRC Culinary Academy is Italian with Chef Roberto dal Seno in our kitchen.
Chef Dal Seno has extensive international experience including Paris and Tokyo, at the moment he is the Executive Chef of St. Regis in Venice. This is not his first time in Bulgaria, as he was visiting HRC Academy as a guest lecturer before, but for the first time he will cook a special menu for the local food lovers in the Academy`s restaurant - Talents. Our students and friends had the chance to participate in 2 "Pasta Master" workshops, learning the secrets of the authentic fresh pasta and getting their hands dirty, working shoulder to shoulder with our great guest. Chefs, guests and students are shearing knowledge and learning about the new trends in the culinary field, it is productive, inspiring and busy, but most importantly it smells extremely delicious in the Academy and around!
