Guest chef Luca Malacrida


Luca Malacrida will be a guest lector and chef at HRC Academy & Talents restaurant in Sofia, BG! He’s specially invited by the Italian Trade Agency, part of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The purpose of his visit is to popularise Italian cuisines and culture in Bulgaria.

Luca Malacrida is the Captain of Squadra Nazionale APCI Chef Italia – chef ambassadors around the world. Luca has significant work experience in product development.

His experiences In particular:
MUSIC ACADEMY OF TURIN (DMTA) – study and development of protein snacks for the feeding of musicians during and after the concert;
CALIFORNIA PRUNES – consulting for recipes that highlight prunes as an innovative ingredient, versatile and perfectly suitable in target with their target;
GALBANI – Brand Ambassador during brainstorming sessions and training for new products launched on the market;
CULLIGAN – Consulting for recipes that highlight filtered water;
FERRARINUTRITION CENTER – Study and development of gluten-free recipes without sugar or refined flour for patients with thyroid problems or oncology disorders.
OLITALIA – study and development with JRE Association for the new product line dedicated to special oils for restaurants and bakery
