For the week of the author`s cuisine of the Bacchus magazine, the head chef of the teaching restaurant Talents - Milen Zlatev has prepared an unique own menu inspired by the French classical cuisine with elements from molecular cuisine. The menu, which will be available only during the special author`s cuisine week is masterfully combined to satisfy even the most refined palate. Chef Milen`s menu enchants the gastronomes bite by bite, because each dish is carefully prepared to emphasize the taste of the next one, where at the end you can experience one of the favorite recipes of the virtuoso chef - "Chocolate delice with lime jelly, chocolate dust and honey crumbs". This explosion of flavors and tastes is a delicate combination of real Belgian chocolate with black chocolate from Peru, and the remaining components are hand-picked to enhance the taste of cocoa.
