At HRC, we constantly strive for excellence, and in that pursuit, we are thrilled to introduce our updated Pastry and Bakery program, led by a renowned pastry chef who has truly made a mark in the world of desserts.

Meet Chef Alexander Ivanchev

An HRC graduate with experience in every pastry field, from Michelin star restaurants to some of the best pastry shops in the world, Chef Alex Ivanchev is a pastry prodigy. He is a two-time Pastry Chef of the Year, a chocolate ambassador of the prestigious Chocolate Academy and Barry Callebaut. Furthermore, he has had the privilege of working alongside culinary legends like Pierre Hermé and making history as the first Bulgarian in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie’s team (World’s Pastry Cup). His culinary accolades and experiences make him the ideal leader for our updated program.
