HRC Culinary Academy is the traditional partner of "Bacchus" magazine in the selection of the best young chef in the Restaurant of the Year competition.
If you want to get the title -"The Best Young Chef - 2015", you must be up to 26 years old, have at least three years professional experience as a chef in Bulgaria or abroad and work as a cook/chef at the moment.
To participate in the contest, we expect you to provide:
- Cover letter answering the questions: "What motivates you to take part in the competition?" "How did you choose the culinary profession and what is your most significant achievement so far?"
- Own interpretation of a classic recipe with a detailed description of all the stages of preparation and a photos of each step + image of the finished dish
- Portfolio and / or photos of 3 of your own dishes + short descriptions
The prize is a scholarship of 4,000 EUR for education (of your choice) in HRC Academy.
