The education at HRC Culinary Academy was recognized by the American Culinary Federation as meeting the international standards for two-year culinary education

After a long period of monitoring and evaluation of resources, personnel and professional development of graduates, HRC Culinary Academy received the prestigious accreditation by American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC). ACFEFAC is yet another assurance of the quality of the education provided by the academy and gives further guarantee for the professional recognition of our students by future employers and colleagues. The academy is the second culinary school on the European continent recognized by the American Culinary Federation!

“The ACFEF Accrediting Commission voted on our compliance with the Federation’s standards for Associate Degree programs in culinary arts and approved and accredited the HRC Culinary Academy with an absolute majority. Furthermore, their standards for international schools typically do not allow more than 3 years of initial accreditation.
