At HRC Culinary Academy, we’re all about global culinary experiences. Students who join our Culinary Arts program don’t just learn in the classroom; they also get the chance to shine in the world’s top restaurants and hotels. We offer not one, but two paid internships at some of the most prestigious culinary destinations around the globe.

Once students have conquered their first semester, HRC Academy sets them on an exciting path – a 6-month paid professional work placement in Europe’s finest restaurants and hotels.

**Visa regulations may limit students’ choices for internship locations in Europe. For non-European students, their initial internship is typically within Bulgaria.

As part of our Culinary Arts program, students can embark on a one-year culinary adventure in the USA, complete with a free J1 visa. After acing the first three semesters, the American dream internship awaits.
We partner with HRC International, one of the world’s leading training and career development organizations, to provide life-changing experiences for young professionals at top hotels and restaurants around the world. With over 25 years of experience, HRC International assists our students in finding a restaurant or hotel to train in for 12 months. Each internship allows the students to experience at least three different positions within the kitchen to help them gain a broad knowledge base for them to apply in their career. The J1 Culinary Program allows the students to gain real, working experience while learning from some of the best in the industry, providing a solid foundation of skills and experience for the next step in their career.
