Chef Robin Villarreal obtained his diploma from LeCordon Bleu Académie D´Art Culinaire De Paris and was trained at the 3 star Michelin Alain Ducasse Restaurant Louis XV in Monte Carlo. He has profound knowledge and experience in French and International Cuisine. Pastry, Bakery and Thai Cuisine are his passion! Chef Robin brings a wealth of teaching experience from renowned international culinary schools, to include Le Cordon Bleu Académie D´Art Culinaire De Paris and Glion Institute of Higher Education Switzerland.
