Demo theatre

The 100-seat demo theatre compliments it all: the stage for some of the best chefs worldwide. Combining 4 full HD cameras and 3d surround sound it makes the perfect atmosphere for learning and presenting creative student cases.

It is used not only for great guest lectures and workshops but it also transforms in a wonderful dining environment.

Hi-tech kitchens

Our world-class facilities are equipped with seven kitchen labs on our 2.500 m2 premises. The Chocolate Atelier, bakery kitchen, hot kitchen, pastry lab, Research & Development kitchen and prep kitchens allow the students to master their practical skills. Our kitchen training labs are stocked with the finest kitchen training equipment. The hot kitchen lab is equipped with both classic French cast iron ranges and induction burners, to expose students to a wide range of preferred cooking methods found around the world.

Training facilities and libraries

Our cooking studio and demo restaurant also offer a wide range of possibilities for special training, such as beverage and mixology classes. The cooking studio is also utilized for classes for home cooks and a variety of special events.

The country’s biggest culinary library, a multimedia lab and our didactical wine cellar will encourage students to gain knowledge about food, beverages and various hospitality subjects.

Restaurant Talents offers a fine dining experience in a relaxed setting. We like to see ourselves as true ambassadors of good food, always trying to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. The Talents kitchen is lead by our 3-rd semester culinary students under the supervision of our chef instructors.
