American Culinary Federation
We are proud to be accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC). This is yet another guarantee that your education at HRC Academy fully complies with international standards and the diploma is recognized worldwide. We are the first culinary school in the European Union with an accreditation by the ACF.
The ACF was founded in 1929 and is the premier professional chefs’ organization in North America, focusing its efforts on offering education, apprenticeship and certifications around the world.
In the fall of 2013 the HRC Culinary Academy was granted a five-year accreditation by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). During a three-day on-site visit the Federation reviewed the HRC facilities, faculty, curriculum, policies and procedures. Important to mention is that HRC Academy students will automatically gain the title of Certified Culinarian upon graduation, along with their associate’s degree. -
Hotelschool Ter Duinen
Hotelschool Ter Duinen was founded more than 60 years ago, and currently is the leading hospitality and culinary school in Belgium. The students are taught how to make traditions and innovations work together for a better cooking experience. Since the Academy’s establishment in 2008, the Ter Duinen teaching staff gladly shares their knowledge with the Academy’s students during guest lectures and seminars in HRC’s demo theatre and kitchen labs.
