The academy’s chef instructors have earned their credits in the culinary field. They are able to enthusiastically explain and demonstrate cooking techniques which will motivate students to develop their skills. HRC teamwork

 

Robin Villarreal Monserrate - Head Chef Instructor. Robin is a trained Chef with a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Académie D´Art Culinaire De Paris. Besides his sound knowledge and experience in French and International Cuisine, Robin’s speciality areas are Pastry, Bakery and Thai Cuisine. Robin brings with him a wealth of teaching experience at renowned international culinary schools, to include Le Cordon Bleu Académie D´Art Culinaire De Paris and  Laureate Hospitality Education. As Executive Chef, Robin has been instrumental in the opening of the Swiss hotelschool Glion in Mexico.  Robin speaks English, Spanish and Tagalog fluently and is also a certified pilot.

Renowned chefs from top hotels and restaurants around the world and guest instructors from European partner schools make their appearance at the academy. They share their experiences, talk about the latest culinary trends and explain established traditions. The opportunity to learn from some of the world’s best chefs is a great advantage of the program.
