Guest chef at HRC Academy

Chef Roberto dal Seno  at the AcademyChef Roberto dal Seno from Italy spent a December week with our students. In five days he guided our students in using different culinary techniques, shared his professional experience and advised them on the essentials in opening an upper class restaurant.

Chef Roberto dal Seno has an extensive background in the hospitality industry combining a successful career as a consultant in the food and beverage field working in various establishments in Florence, Washington D.C. and Ligurian Riviera. His real passion as he shares with us is to make people happy delighting their own palate and that is why he is involved in restaurant openings around in the word. Chef Roberto's latest creation is a recently opened restaurant in Bucharest, Romania. Under his guidance the Collage restaurant ranks among the top 3 restaurants in Romania within less than 2 months since opening doors.

Together with HRC Academy students, chef Roberto brought  his fusion style not only to the Academy classrooms but also to the local audience preparing a special event for the connoisseurs in Northeast Bulgaria. Grazie mille Chef Roberto!
