HRC Academy at Romanian Culinary Championship

HRC Culinary Academy was part of the jury at the fifth edition of Bucharest Open-air Culinary Championship that took place from 21 to 24 October 2011 in the Romanian capital. Participants from more than 10 countries competed for the prizes in the professional and amateur sections of the event, presenting the art of cooking together with their national traditions in gastronomy.
In two days, the international jury of chefs and official representatives lead by the president of Israel Chef Association, chef Hai Scwartz, tasted and appraised culinary specialties from Israel, Albania, Pakistan, Malaysia, Palestine, Portugal, Hungary and Romania.
