Upon successful completion of the dynamic and intense course, students are awarded an accredited international diploma in Culinary Arts. Within just two years students will be ready to start a fascinating culinary career!
The HRC Academy is currently in discussions with Eurhodip for a preliminary accreditation of the Academy diploma. The Academy aims to obtain full accreditation before start of the semester in February 2008. Eurhodip (European Hotel Diploma) is an association of leading Hotel and Catering schools in Europe, with the purpose of helping European hotel schools to bring a European dimension in the contents of their programmes.
What can I do with my diploma?
With a solid culinary education and an understanding of the English language, you will be able to work anywhere in the world as a chef. Choose yourself: continue your career at hotels and resorts, fine restaurants or perhaps even a cruise liner sailing the world. Throughout your journey of experiences you will develop more skills, gain more knowledge and eventually become an Executive Chef. However, you must be realistic; this does not happen overnight. The HRC Culinary Academy provides you with culinary fundamentals and helps you with personal development; the rest is up to you.
