HRC Culinary Academy at the SIHRE exhibition

HRC Culinary Academy at SIHRE The SIHRE event is a national event held for the hotel and restaurant industry every year in Sofia. The event boasts the biggest attendance of suppliers and Chefs in Bulgaria.

HRC Academy participated in the culinary demonstrations showing to the public the fusing of local ingredients with different culinary techniques. Additionally this year was the first time a culinary competition was held in the event. HRC Culinary Academy sponsored two 500 Euro scholarships from its partners HRC International and Electrolux.

“It is an honor to participate in such events in order to promote culinary education in Bulgaria.  As part of the commitment of HRC Culinary Academy we endeavor to provide the means to the people in order to discover the culinary arts through education” said Academy Director Robin Villarreal.
