If you a foodservice industry professional, looking to brush up on basic cooking skills we have a selection of courses to meet your professional needs. The duration of each course is two days, 6 hours per day (10:00 – 1:00) and includes all recipes and ingredients. Once you finalize the workshop HRC Academy will provide you with a Certificate of Completion.

Each Industry course are kept to a limited number of participants in order to make the course as personalized as possible and has a cost of 360 Bulgarian Levas including VAT. The workshop includes all ingredients needed for the particular course. Participants however are required to bring their knives, kitchen jacket, apron and proper shoes during the courses.
If you are interested in a particular culinary theme or topic that is not presently listed, a tailor made workshop can be made to your specific needs. A two week period is needed to prep such situations
