Pastry Delights at HRC Culinary Academy

On Friday 15 of August HRC Culinary Academy inaugurated with the demonstration titled Pastry Delights.  Pastry delights is the first of a series of three demonstration and degustation sessions. These demonstrations are focused to introduce a new palate, understanding and vision of how food can be prepared and presented. 


 “The first impression always comes first through the eyes so food presentation is a must here at HRCCA.  Our aim here in HRCCA is to create conscious culinary graduates.  These are people that are skilled in preparing food that is pleasing to both taste and the eye and with the sound knowledge of costing and kitchen administration.” said Robin Villarreal Head Chef Instructor.


The next demonstration session is titled “Fusing Mexico and Bulgaria” to be held on 22 of August.  The demonstration starts at 10:00 am and there is limited seating.  For seating reservation contact 359 58 601 611.
